Content quality has always been our top priority

During the annual D&I Changemakers conferences over the past 5 years, we have been setting trends and sharing best practice to help businesses manage diversity more successfully. We have created the most important D&I event in the world of business. The event continues to be non-profit and free-of-charge for all participants.

In 2020, we met online. Following a series of analyses and consultations. D&I Changemakers 2020 adopted a completely new formula to bring the best of the two worlds together: 4 days x 3 hours x 4 inspiring events each day (#4x3x4festival).

The Festival was designed with representatives of the business sector in mind. Our goal was to share the best of up-to-date knowledge and best practice, fresh inspirations based on research and daily experience of large companies, and finally, a clear message – where we are and what D&I means today and tomorrow…

At Diversity Hub, we solve specific problems of employers in the area of D&I and we carry out research aimed at data accuracy and comprehensive knowledge of the various fields of diversity management.
